13-4This book is basically about designing web pages. It is well written, uses real life examples, including showing how some well-known sites have changed as experience has developed. If you need to design a web site, particularly but not exclusively for commerce, this book is well worth reading. As the author says, most of it is common sense, but that is often only clear once someone has drawn your attention to it.
My biggest hate is the author's penchant for sound bites. The title is an outstanding example.
